Terms of Service

These Terms are a starting-point draft for the Strollionaire beta and will be reviewed by legal counsel. By creating an account or using Strollionaire(the “Game”), you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Who can play

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract in South Africa. You confirm this when you sign up. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login and two-factor access secure, and for everything done through your account.

2. The Game is for fun, not profit

Strollionaire is a location-based game. Earth Bucks (EB) is a virtual in-game currency: it has no monetary value, cannot be bought during the beta, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred off the platform. Land, buildings, and other in-game items are a licence to use features within the Game — not property you own or can redeem for money.

Where real-cash rewards are offered, they are modest, funded solely from advertising revenue and sponsor budgets, and subject to separate reward and payout rules and to verification. They are a bonus, not income or an investment, and may be limited, changed, or withdrawn. Free chance-based features (such as the Daily Spin) never require payment to play.

3. Play fair

You agree not to:

• fake, spoof, or manipulate your GPS location, or use bots, emulators, or automation;
• create multiple or fake accounts, or exploit bugs, referrals, or rewards;
• interfere with, attack, reverse-engineer, or overload the Game or its servers;
• break the law, harass others, or access private property or unsafe places to play.

We may suspend or close accounts, and remove balances or rewards gained through cheating or breaking these Terms.

4. Play safely

Stay aware of your surroundings.Don't play while driving, and watch the road and the people around you — not your screen. Keep to safe, legal, public spaces. You play at your own risk, and you're responsible for your own safety and for obeying local laws and traffic rules.

5. Location

The Game needs your device location to work, and verifies it on our servers to keep play fair. How we handle location and other data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payments and rewards

Any purchases or cash-outs, when available, are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Reward eligibility, minimums, holds, and anti-fraud checks apply. We may reverse rewards or transactions obtained by fraud, error, or breach of these Terms.

7. Changes and availability

This is a beta. We may add, change, or remove features, adjust the in-game economy, or pause the Game at any time. We may update these Terms; if the changes are material we'll tell you in-app or by email and, where required, ask you to accept again. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.

8. Liability

The Game is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost in-game items or balances, or harm arising from your use of the Game or your conduct while playing. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Closing your account

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law.
